I am Maia Anin.
I am a dedicated advocate of women’s health with over 20 years of experience in nurturing and supporting women across all life stages.
Combining my extensive experience as a women’s health educator, accredited social worker and counsellor with a decades long yoga journey, I bring a specific blend of knowledge and practice in supporting women’s healing.
Working from a trauma informed and feminist framework, I acknowledge that your journey is deeply personal and offer a safe, therapeutic space which promotes choice, self agency and empowerment.
I collaborate with you in developing a unique pathway towards reconnection with your body and breath. In conjunction with compassion focussed talk therapy, there is an opportunity to explore a somatic therapeutic approach to navigate embodied healing from trauma, bereavement, transitions and adjustments, and women’s health issues.
